30-Day Return Window

We accept returns of unopened products within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review your request and arrange for a replacement or refund if approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned after 30 days
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
